Ireland is a bit unpredictable as they have a very erratic form, sometimes winning games and then suddenly losing them. They have the most successful club rugby in the world with the Leinster Rugby Club winning 9 European titles out of 11. Unfortunately, Ireland has always been a big mess on the international stage, which isn’t helped by the fact they have 1 player to their name in the Rugby Hall of Fame. They have the most famous clubs in the world – Dublin FC, Limerick FC, Shelbourne FC, and Dundalk FC. They are generally very successful in the league they compete in. They have dominated the league in both the Irish League and the FAI Cup in recent years. Ireland has one of the most successful teams in the world in Real Madrid. Unfortunately, you can’t bet on international football, so your Irish team of choice won’t win any prizes. Football is a well-organized sport in Ireland, with several divisions for different age groups. There are more than 1000 teams in the Irish Football League with a few clubs playing outside of the league. The most successful football clubs in Ireland have been very successful in the past.
